Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

A. General Requirements

The minimum standard requirements of International Journal of Soft Computing and Metaheuristics must be

  1. Written in English.
  2. The submitted paper is at least 12 pages and no more than 16 pages. Editors will evaluate if a paper needs more than 16 pages.
  3. Use a tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting, and choose the IEEE style
  4. Make sure that your paper is prepared using the Template

B. Structure of The Manuscript

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present following the structure:

  1. Title. The title of the paper should describe the research aims, method/model, and objective without Acronyms or abbreviations.
  2. Abstract. The Abstract has 230 to 250 WORDS; with No citation; the abstract states a primary objectiveresearch designmethodologymain outcomes, results, and conclusions.
  3. Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction -  Method - Results and Discussion – Conclusion.
  4. References. Expect a minimum of 30 references primarily with a minimum of 80% to journal papers published between 2018 and 2022.
